What Is the ACP Max PRP System?

 

ACP Max is an advanced platelet-rich plasma (PRP) preparation system designed to meet the growing clinical demand for regenerative therapies in aesthetic medicine. It enables the sterile separation of whole blood into highly concentrated PRP formulations.

How It Works

The ACP Max system uses a closed, sterile, triple-syringe design to safely collect and process whole blood.

1. Collect Blood and Start Processing

Draw whole blood into standard syringes (30 mL or 60 mL) and then transfer the blood into the ACP Max syringe. Perform the first centrifugation (hard spin) to separate components and form the buffy coat.

2. Isolate Buffy Coat and Refine Plasma

Transfer the buffy coat into the ACP double syringe. Perform the second centrifugation (soft spin) to concentrate platelets and reduce neutrophils.

3. Prepare PRP for Injection

Transfer the final PRP product into an injection syringe. The PRP is now ready for immediate clinical use..
